Chow Mein Sauce Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
- 1lb chow mein or stir-fry noodles
- 4-6oz veggies, recommended thinly sliced onions and cabbage
- 1/2 cup sauce
- Sliced green onions for garnish (optional)
- 2oz protein (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
• Cook Noodles
Prepare your favorite chow mein or stir-fry noodles according to the package directions. Drain well and place in a large mixing bowl.
• Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Add thinly sliced onions and cabbage (or other preferred vegetables) and sauté until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Combine with Sauce
Add the cooked vegetables to the noodles. Pour in 1/4 cup of Panda Express® Chow Mein Sauce and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
• Serve & Garnish
Top with freshly sliced green onions and serve hot.

For a more satisfying meal, add your favorite cooked protein such as grilled chicken, seared beef, sautéed shrimp, or crispy tofu. It’s a simple way to elevate the flavor and impress your guests.
